Phil Orban is the Sports Director for 8News. He comes from West Monroe, Louisiana where he spent a year and a half as the Sports Director for the NBC and Fox affiliates. He lives in Midlothian with his wife, Nicole. You can watch him Monday-Friday on 8News at 6 and 11.
Phil began his television career as a production assistant for the nationally syndicated George Michael Sports Machine and the WRC-TV sports department in Washington, DC.
