Marysa Tuttle joined the 8News team in October 2023 as a digital content producer. She began her career’s start as an intern for WRIC, writing multiple articles for wric.com in the summer of 2022.
Born and raised in Florida, Marysa is a recent graduate of Flagler College, located in Saint Augustine, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media Productions, with a minor in Creative Writing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and received a Distinguished Student Award for her department of study.
In June 2023 she received a Best Student Documentary Film award at the Vero Beach Film Festival for her film “Sand in the Wind” — which details the impacts beach dune erosion has on coastal communities.
In her free time she likes to indulge in her creative side by taking pictures, editing videos, painting and writing poetry.
