50 RPS students get scholarships to Virginia Union University

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Dozens of kids in Richmond are getting a full ride to college.

Virginia Union University and Richmond Public Schools are partnering to provide 50 full scholarships to 8th graders when they graduate. 

Superintendent Jason Kamras, VUU President Hakim Lucas and Mayor Levar Stoney announced the partnership this weekend.
