Richmond Animal Control partnering with local assisted living facilities for its foster kitten program

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) – Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) is partnering with a local assisted living facility to foster kittens.

RACC and residents at Morningside of Bellgrade get to snuggle up with some new friends who need some tender loving care.

RACC says they are looking to grow and expand the new program to other facilities in the area.
