RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — River City Roll will be holding a special tribute for ‘Tommie,’ the beloved pit bull that died in February after being set on fire and abandoned in a Richmond park.

Tommie’s Patio Grand Unveiling is taking place on Saturday, May 25, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The bowling alley, located in Scott’s Addition, will unveil a tribute mural, created by local artist “The Night Owl,” on their patio.

They will also be selling shirts and hats. One-hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit Richmond Animal Care and Control.
