TAMPA (WFLA/CNN) – Alec Baldwin’s impersonation of  President Trump on Saturday Night Live may be no more.

The actor tells USA Today “I’m so done with that.” Baldwin tells the newspaper the Trump sketches were “Fresh and the ratings were good” when first written for him in 2016 and 2017.

But now he says “I can’t imagine I would do it again.  I just can’t.”

Baldwin won an Emmy in 2017 for his take on Trump.  SNL is currently on hiatus for the summer.

Baldwin suggested a couple of names he says could next play the president on the live comedy show including SNL alum Darrell Hammon and Anthony Atamanuik.
