RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — On Saturday, author James P. Beran appeared on Good Morning Richmond to talk about his book The Biggest Short Guy.

He wrote the book about his father, Walter Beran who worked as a CPA for many years in the star-studded city of Los Angeles.

“He just happens to be the greatest person I’ve ever met, and I’ve had the privilege to meet some amazing people,” he said. “As I got older, he redefined greatness for me in a holistic sense.”

The cover of the book describes the tale as, “The amazing untold story of Walter Beran, the CPA who changed L.A.”
