Richmond police searching for 7-11 robbery suspect

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond police are looking for a man who they say robbed a 7-11 Sunday morning.

At around 4:00 a.m. police say a black male entered the 7-11 at 3600 West Cary Street where the suspect pushed the clerk and stole two packs of cigarettes.

The suspect left on a bicycle heading in an unknown direction.

According to police, the suspect is described as a black male in his mid – 50’s, with grey facial hair, wearing a black jacket, white shirt and blue jeans.

No weapons were involved.

Detectives are actively investigating the incident, and anyone with information is asked to call crime stoppers at 780-1000
