14-year-old charged with shooting 2 teens, pulling gun on officer

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WJHL) –Police have charged a 14-year-old boy in a shooting that happened last night in Chattanooga. 

According to a release from the police department, the teenager faces attempted murder charges for shooting two 13-year-old victims.

He also reportedly pulled a gun on an officer.


Officials with the Chattanooga Police Department are continuing their investigation into a shooting that happened Saturday night outside the Riverbend Festival. 

According to a spokesperson with the department, the shooting happened outside the venue. Two victims were shot and a suspect was arrested.
