Additional suspects sought in connection with home invasion, armed robbery near VCU

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Police are looking for additional suspects in connection with a home invasion and armed robbery that occurred near VCU last week.

Police were called to the 700 block of West Marshall Street shortly after 5:30 p.m. last Wednesday, March 27 and were told the suspects entered the home and demanded money from the victim at gunpoint. 

The suspects eventually fled with cash and an iPhone X. 

Police initially released a photo of three suspects.

On Wednesday police released surveillance video of a group of seven suspects walking westbound.

Detectives are working to locate the seven suspects seen crossing Belvidere Street at the intersection with West Marshall Street.
