STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Stafford County daycare employee was “confronted” by a naked woman who had broken into the daycare before it opened on Thursday morning.

The employee told authorities she arrived at the building and began turning on lights when she was met by the naked woman, who was in the doorway of one of the classrooms.

The woman, who the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office later learned had no ties to the daycare, allegedly told the employee she was trespassing and fired her.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, there were two employees who were in the building at the time. The employees left the daycare and called authorities from a vehicle.

A Sgt. Aubry with the Sheriff’s Office responded to the daycare, Kids on the Move Learning Center, at 5:22 a.m. after receiving the call for a breaking and entering. When Sgt. Aubry entered the daycare he found the woman standing with a fork in each hand and dressed in black, the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office said.

The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Heaven Conner, told Sgt. Aubry he was “making a mistake” and that she was the daycare owner’s wife when she was being arrested.

Conner was taken into custody on charges of unauthorized entry and indecent exposure.

Sgt. Aubry recognized Conner, who was reported as a suspicious person walking down Route 1 earlier in the morning. She told Sgt. Aubry that she was coming from Rappahannock Regional Jail.
