Authorities looking for 29-year-old who went missing after court

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Authorities, along with Crime Stoppers, needs the public’s help in locating a missing person, last seen in October, from the City of Richmond.

Robert Willoughby, a 29-year-old white male, has been missing since Oct. 3. He is a white male, about 5 feet and 10 inches tall, roughly 155 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes.

Robert appeared in court that morning but after that, the family hasn’t heard from him. He may be driving his light blue convertible Audi with license plate BW1LLO.

Robert may still be in the Richmond area but does have ties to Northern Virginia. If you see him he may seem lost or disoriented because Robert does have a medical condition that requires medication.

If you have information about this or any unsolved crime or fugitive wanted in the Metro Richmond Area, call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or submit your tip through the P3 Tips App.
