Chesterfield Police turn to ‘Facebook detectives’ for help nabbing fraud suspects

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Chesterfield Police are hoping ‘Facebook detectives’ can help them identify two suspects who recently used a stolen credit card to purchase items at a local Target.

On December 28, 2018, the suspects allegedly used the card at the Target on Perimeter Drive. The card, along with other items, had been stolen a short time earlier from a locked vehicle in a nearby gym parking lot, according to police.
