FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — A Fredericksburg man has been arrested on multiple sexual battery charges.
A Fredericksburg Police spokesperson said that the victim told authorities on Dec. 18 that 58-year-old Larry Owens took advantage of her.
“As the investigation began, detectives became aware of additional incidents where females were taken advantage of by Owens. On January 7, the police department executed a search warrant at Owens’ house, located in the 300 block of Wolfe Street,” a Fredericksburg Police spokesperson said.
