HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Authorities are looking to identify a man suspected of stealing a wallet last year at a Lowe’s in Henrico County.
Henrico Police reported to the 9400 block of W. Broad Street on April 23, 2018, for a larceny call, according to a release from Henrico Police. Officers were informed a wallet was stolen.
Police are trying to identify a man suspected of committing the crime. The suspect, seen in surveillance footage from the store, was wearing a beige fedora, a brown long sleeve shirt, dark-colored dress pants and brown dress shoes. He was also wearing two necklaces at the time.
In the video, the man can be seen holding an item at the register. An unattended wallet was at the register before he arrived to pay for his item. The man can be seen in the video picking up the wallet after his transaction is complete.
The man was seen leaving in a silver four-door sedan, Henrico Police said.
