CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Authorities are searching for an armed robbery suspect who entered a Chesterfield convenience store with a knife on Saturday and demanded cash from the register.

Police responded to the Lucky's in the 14000 block of Steeplestone Drive for reports of a robbery.

The suspect, described as a white male with a thin build, fled the scene after receiving money from the register, according to a release from Chesterfield Police.
