Police still looking for clues in 2014 murder

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield County Crime Solvers are trying to solve a cold case homicide and want the public’s help. 

On Thursday, May 15, 2014, around 12:45 a.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of Meadowdale Boulevard for a report of multiple shots fired. When officers arrived, they found two adult male shooting victims.

One of the men, David Emmanuel-Sinclair Copeland, 23, of the 3300 block of Meadowdale Boulevard, died at the scene. The second victim was transported to VCU Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
