RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Detectives are looking to identify a man suspected of using a stolen credit card at a CVS store in Shockoe Bottom.

A woman told police that she used her credit card in the 1700 block of East Main Street and then learned shortly after that purchase that her card had been used in another location.

Richmond Police say an unknown man entered the CVS in the 2400 block of East Main Street at 10:50 p.m. on June 2. The man, who was wearing a white zip-up hooded sweatshirt with a rainbow design, bought a prepaid Visa gift card with the stolen credit card.

The suspect left the area in a blue vehicle, police said. An investigation is underway and police are asking for the public’s help to identify the man. Richmond Police provided 8News with a photo and video of the man in the CVS store.
