RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Good news for Kickers’ fans, Matthew Delicate is recovering fine according to head coach Leigh Cowlishaw.
The Kickers’ all-time leading scorer was diagnosed with kidney cancer in late May, apparently it didn’t turn out to be as serious as originally thought.
After his successful surgery on June 3rd, there’s optimism Delicate could be back on the pitch soon.
