Chesterfield County opens survey on Emergency Communications Center

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Chesterfield County authorities want people to answer a five-question survey about the county’s Emergency Communication Center, which handles 911 calls from the public.

The county said the survey takes just a few minutes to complete and asks questions about 911 services and employee competence.

People can also leave recommendations about the 911 service.
