CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — In honor of National Teacher Appreciation Week, students in Chesterfield are sharing how much they appreciate their teachers.
Chesterfield County Public Schools (CCPS) captured the emotional moments of members of the Class of 2019 surprising their favorite teachers and letting them know how much they’ve positively impacted their lives.
“Hi! I just wanted to talk to you about how much you’ve meant to me over the past four years and helping get to where I am and be so successful. And just being like, not just a teacher or coordinator, but being like my mom here at school and looking out for me and my sister all the time. I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me and I love you,” one student told their teacher.
