CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday morning for Courthouse Landing — a mixed-use development coming to Chesterfield County.
Courthouse Landing will be built at the intersection of Iron Bridge Road and Courthouse Road at the Route 288 interchange.
The project will include stores, apartments, townhouses, office buildings, hotels and outdoor recreational areas, according to developers.
