RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Drivers were experiencing delays on Interstate 95 South in Richmond due to a multi-vehicle crash.
At around 6:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 6, the south left shoulder, left lane, center lane and right shoulder were closed on I-95 South, just south of the exit to Maury Street.
