CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WRIC) — A boulder in the middle of a road in Chesterfield County caused a crash early Friday morning.
Chesterfield police tweeted shortly after 4 a.m. that they were on the scene of a crash in the 14800 block of Route 360 (Hull Street Road), near Woodlake Village Parkway.
Police said a vehicle struck the boulder, causing the vehicle to flip over. No one was seriously injured.
The crash temporarily left one eastbound lane open. Police tweeted roughly an hour after they marked on scene that VDOT had removed the boulder.
