RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A ramp to Interstate 64 in Richmond is closed due to a paint spill.
The ramp from west Laburnum Avenue to I-64 is closed after paint fell off a tractor-trailer Friday afternoon, spilling it all over the roadway.
It’s unclear how long the ramp will be closed as crews clean-up the white paint.
State Police told 8News that the driver failed to secure the load and charges are pending.
