HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A utility pole that was hit in a crash in Henrico County on Monday afternoon will close River Road for several hours as crews need to make repairs.
A vehicle struck a utility pole, closing the eastbound lane of River Road at Gaskins Road.
The pole will require repairs which will close River Road “in both directions between Gaskins Road and Fresno Lane,” Henrico Police said.
Crews are expected to work on repairing the utility pole for several hours.
Drivers should use Derbyshire Road as an alternate path.
