RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Virginia State Police identified the person killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Richmond last week.

Shekiera S. Burwell, a 27-year-old from Richmond, was driving on I-95 South near mile marker 78 when she entered a curve and went off the left shoulder and struck a jersey wall.
