RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man was rushed to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash in Richmond early Wednesday morning.
Police say the driver was heading south on the Lee Bridge around 12:45 a.m. when he tried to exit on Riverside Drive but hit a wall of the bridge.
He was rushed to VCU Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Crews spent hours on the scene cleaning up the debris.
