RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash on a ramp leading from Arthur Ashe Boulevard to Interstate 95 caused delays for drivers in Richmond Tuesday morning.
The crash was first reported around 9 a.m. on Sept. 26 and was located on the Robin Hood Road ramp onto I-95 South.
According to VDOT, the ramp and lanes on I-95 were closed at times as crews worked to clear the scene.

The scene was reported clear with all lanes reopened around 10 a.m., according to VDOT.
