RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 is caused delays for Richmond drivers.
The crash was first reported shortly after 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, March 9, and was located on I-95 South near the Hermitage Road exit.
At one point, there was a traffic backup of approximately three miles, according to VDOT. The south center lane, right lane and right shoulder were closed.
VDOT reported the scene was clear around 10 a.m.
