RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused delays for drivers in Richmond Wednesday morning.
The crash was first reported shortly before 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 27 and was located on I-95 North near the Chamberlayne Avenue exit.
According to VDOT, the north left shoulder, left lane and center lane were closed.
VDOT reported that the scene was cleared and lanes were reopened around 9:30 a.m.
