RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 northbound is causing delays for Richmond drivers.

The crash was first reported around 3:58 p.m. and is located just south of the Route 161 exit.

The north right lane and shoulder are closed and the north exit 78 narrows, according to VDOT.
