RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Authorities in Richmond have responded to a tractor-trailer stuck in a ditch on Thursday evening. In photos, the vehicle looks like a logging truck hauling wood.

Witnesses at the scene, who sent 8News photos of the trailer, said the vehicle is stuck in a ditch at Lynhaven Avenue and Courtland Street.

Richmond Police and EMS crews can be seen at the scene in the photos sent to 8News.

Police determined that the tractor-trailer driver got stuck while trying to make a turn. No injuries were reported and the intersection will be clear “within the next 30 minutes or so,” Richmond Police wrote in an email.
