RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 North that caused significant delays for Richmond drivers Sunday has been cleared.

The crash was first reported at 3:06 p.m. and was located near the Interstate 64 exit. According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the north left shoulder, left lane, and center lane were all closed.
