UPDATE: According to VDOT, all lanes have reopened and the scene is clear.
COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 near Southpark Mall is causing significant delays for drivers in Colonial Heights.
The crash was first reported around 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, and is located on I-95 South near the Bank Street exit.
According to VDOT, the south center lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed.
