HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — The City of Hopewell will open a warming shelter and a place to charge your devices on Monday, February 15.
The warming and charging station will be located at the Appomattox Regional Library at 209 East Cawson St. from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Officials said:
- Face masks are required
- Bring your charging cables
- Wi-Fi is available
- No pets allowed in the library
