PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — The Petersburg Bureau of Police arrested a middle school substitute teacher for allegedly bringing marijuana onto school grounds.
According to police, officers were called to Vernon Johns Middle School on Thursday morning where they reportedly found a substitute teacher — identified as 24-year-old Tannoccus Patterson — in possession of marijuana at the school.
Patterson was arrested on campus and charged with possession of marijuana.
