RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — 250 customers in Richmond have had their power restored after a car fire caused a transfer to blow on the city’s southside.
The damage was caused by a car catching fire near a power pole. The fire then caused a transfer to blow and power lines to fall.
Dominion crews arrived swiftly and worked to repair the damage located on Bruce Street near Commerce Road. The power was restored as of 5:30 a.m.
