RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — You can take in the food, music, and art of Richmond’s vibrant Latino community this Saturday, May 4th.
The Qué Pasa? Festival is a family-friendly event that drew 15,000 people to Richmond’s Canal Walk last year.
This year over 70 vendors will be participating in the event.
The Virginia Hispanic Chamber is anticipating that more than 20,000 people from all over Virginia will be coming to the event.
There will be food from Panama, Colombia, Guatemala, and more.
The festival will also have a ‘mercado’ on the Canal Walk and $1 boat rides.
8news reporter Sierra Fox is emceeing the event that’s put on by the Virginia Hispanic Chamber.
The event is expected to go on rain or shine.
