Richmond City Council to vote to give RPD more funding

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond City Council will vote Monday on whether or not to provide more funding to the Richmond Police Department.

Police have been dealing with an increase in crime this year.

Some have said that a lack of resources has contributed to the problem, not to mention created new challenges for police.
