RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Democratic Party of Virginia, joined by Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney, addressed the Commonwealth about the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which protected the right to get an abortion in the United States.
