TAMPA (WFLA/CNN) — The late President George H.W. Bush is being honored with his own “Forever” stamp.
Bush died late last year at the age of 94.
The stamp includes a portrait of Bush painted by award-winning artist Michael J. Deas, based on a 1997 photograph by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders.
A first-day-of-issue ceremony is scheduled to take place on his birthday, June 12, at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum in College Station, Texas.
The stamp is now available for pre-order. They will be delivered on or after the ceremony.
