RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Dominion Energy residential customers in Virginia will see a credit on their June bill due.
A typical residential customer using 1,000 kilowatt-hours per month will be given $33 off their bill.
This represents the third bill credit Dominion Energy customers have received over the past year.
“The June bill credit will help provide relief to our customers as we enter the hot summer months,” Vice President of customer service for Dominion Energy Corynne Arnett said.
Dominion said in a statement, they have asked for the State Corporation Commission to approve rate changes for late summer.
If the request is approved, residents could be seeing their monthly bill drop by $2.84 in July.
