CARROLLTON, Va. (WAVY) — A man was arrested after dozens of FBI agents raided a home Tuesday in Isle of Wight County and served search warrants.

Law enforcement converged on the area around 8 a.m. and units from the FBI, Suffolk Police Department, Virginia State Police bomb squad and Isle of Wight Sheriff’s Office were all at the scene. Authorities stayed until about 8:30 p.m. before leaving for the night.

An FBI agent told 10 On Your Side on Tuesday the search warrant was sealed and the agency would not be providing any information. WAVY’s crew was kept far back from the scene of the investigation.

A neighbor who spoke with 10 On Your Side said a husband and wife live in the home with their two sons, who are believed to be in their thirties.

Jason Marks reported that deputies arrested Paul Longoria.

Longoria is being accused of having materials to make bombs and is being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
