RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — NASA will try again tonight to launch a rocket from Wallops Island.

The Black Brant 12 was supposed to take off last night, but winds in the upper atmosphere were too strong.

NASA’s rocket is scheduled for lift-off at 8:04 p.m.

Black Brant 12 will study how energy and momentum are transported in space.
