DULLES, Va. (WRIC/CNN) — Sleeping in the airport, waiting on a flight, it’s never comfortable.
Dulles International Airport and Peter Chambers the co-founder of Sleepbox are trying to make your nap a little more enjoyable.
Sleepbox lounges are run just like hotels. So you can have clean linens everytime you go in. They are staffed 24/7.
The Sleep boxes are little sound proof pods.
The beds are longer than a king. Lights, music and temperatures are controlled right from your phone.
Right now there are 16 pods in terminal A at Dulles. The company hopes to roll them out terminal wide, even in the gate areas.
Dulles Airport is the first in the nation to get them.
