Virginia teen wins NPR’s WCVE mug contest

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A student from Atlee High School in Hanover County won NPR WCVE’s mug contest.

Lathan Gordon was chosen as the winner for the 2019 Spring mug contest designs. WCVE reported that they had 76 designs summited in this year’s contest.

The contest was open to professional designers and artists from Central Virginia.

Gordon’s mug will be given to the donors of WCVE.
