NELSONVILLE, OH (WCMH) – An Ohio man is facing charges after he refused to leave a property where he was was waiting on a man who sold him bad drugs, according to officials.
Deputies in Nelsonville, Ohio responded to a trespassing compliant. When deputies arrived, they spoke with 36-year-old Jacob Stump, who was waiting outside the house with a baseball bat.
Stump told deputies he was waiting for another man to come out of the house because the other man sold him bad drugs that caused him to overdose on a separate day. Deputies requested that Stump leave the property several times, but Stump did not comply.
Stump was then taken into custody and charged with persistent disorderly conduct
He is due in court May 24.
