I-95 North reopened after crash in Richmond


RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Interstate-95 has reopened after a crash Tuesday closed all northbound lanes near mile marker 75 in Richmond.

The crash, located near Interstate-64 East, initially caused a two-mile backup. VDOT suggested that drivers find an alternate route.

Virginia State Police said an investigation is underway after four people were sent to the hospital.
