UPDATE: According to VDOT, all lanes have reopened and the scene is clear.
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A crash on Interstate 195 is causing significant delays to drivers in Richmond’s West End.
The crash was first reported by VDOT around 10:15 a.m. on Monday, May 29, and is located on I-195 South near the Hamilton Street exit.
According to VDOT, the south left shoulder, right lane, and right shoulder are closed. The north left shoulder, left lane, and center lane are closed as well.
